Quit Smoking, Sir Romnor's way

Sir Romnor, hereafter known as "Sir Romnor, The Extinguished" has decided to write about his stop smoking experiences.

Here is where he has written his tome. If he continues in the same vein, it should be a good read.

Hi Rastas,

I stumbled across your blog last night and left a comment on one of your earlier posts. Just thought I'd repost here so it isn't missed.

It came as a shock to read of your health woes, but obviously not as profound a shock as it was for you. If there's anything at all I can do to support you through this (walking -- I need the exercise myself!) please don't be a stranger. My phone number has changed, but email me if you want to chat anytime. altered7th@gmail.com
